- Can I update my website myself? Yes – our websites are built on the powerful WordPress software allowing you to simply make changes to your website with a what-you-see-is-what-you-get interface.
- After the first year what happens? You can continue using our service for additional $259 a year. Renewal includes a site template change (if wanted), freshening up of any details, a new SEO and re-submission to Google, Yahoo!, & bing, 1 year of continued Technical Support, and Domain Name re-registration valid for 1 year.
- What if I need a shopping cart or other more complicated features? YES! We have a full web department and can add any feature for an additional price. Please contact us for more details at lewis@lovemarketing.com.
- Do I own my website name? Yes your TLD registration is valid for 1 year. After that year, if you decide to leave our service, there is a $24.95 transfer fee
- What if I already own my domain name? We can use it! We will transfer our your domain name to our service. The $259 or $359 services include your domain name, new or transferred.
- What if I need to speak to a real person? Not a problem, call 800-863-2541 ext 7110. We do ask that all communication be via our automated Help Desk system or through e-mail to ensure changes and requests are handled properly
- What about photos and media? Please send all photos via e-mail. If you do not have digital copies you can mail the photos via USPS and we will scan them in for no additional charge. All media must be in web ready formats. We can convert any media to be used for your website for an additional price.
